"They substituted because they had no ribs. I have to say the Pechugas de Pollo a la Brasa o Empanizadas / Grilled or Breaded Chicken Breasts they gave me instead was a pretty damn good choice. I am not picky so its easy but you should call if you are out of something just so picky people can tell you what they want. I keep going back to this place cause they are so consistent with the amazing flavor of the food. The Sopa de Mondongo / Tripe Soup, always so good. So so so much tripe. My favorite part is the actual meat on the bone which they only give one of, but the amount of tripe they give is multiple pieces in every spoon. Great work"
