They get by with increased prices(due to rising costs) which is understandable IF and only IF they are providing quality experiences. This isn't the case. The icing is non existent, I've never even gotten sprinkles on a donut that's supposed to have them. Sometimes they aren't even fresh & feel a little harder than they should. I feel personally, they're sloppily made. So I wouldn't order a donut from here again. I used to work at a Dunkin 8 years ago & as a manager, I would've had to fire someone or write them up over not meeting the Dunkin standard. Dunkin has strict policies about food, when it's cooked, how it's presented. So I feel this location is missing the ball with that, if that's even still a thing these days anyway. I hope reading this they strive to do better regarding their baked goods. I will say, the coffee? You can never go wrong with it. Whether frozen, hot, iced, you name it. It's always fresh, flavorful & consistent. They have a great flavor variety all year round. Even at this location."
