"Order the kids meal Philly Grilled Cheese and my side was a baked potato. I was expecting a grilled cheese sandwich with Philly steak on it. I think it may be safe to say in error I received a full size Philly, but most definitely no complaints! The meat is tender, well seasoned, juicy, and the right amount of cheese. The bread is really good with a welcomed difference in that most others is chewy. My potato is nicely sized with crisp skin and fluffy inside. This past week I've had multiple issues in my area at multiple locations via DD. This is the 2nd bad Panera experience via DD this past wk. Sucks to be ill and temporarily incapacitated. Customers are at the mercy of all these places that jump on the DD bandwagon to increase sales, but jump off halfway. They get by with increased prices(due to rising costs) which is understandable IF and only IF they are providing quality experiences. This isn't the case. Unfortunately mediocre (at best) is the product that will arrive, if you're lucky. If you're even more lucky, it will be 100% edible and nothing wasted. I've not had that luck for a LONG time. "Lived in Marion my whole life and never tried Tacketts. Man do I wish I would have sooner! Everything came just as ordered and still hot! Loved the smokiness of the baked beans and the potato was just the right mix of toppings. Can't wait to order again! "

The pork on potato was unnoticeable, over all not very good. Baked beans, the shredd.meat is good addition, but ungodly sweet. So much added sugar you could see the stickiness in the thickness when stirred around. Flavor is that of smoke and sugar. Mac & chz has potential if they could use a bit more cheese or an additional cheese, too much plain pasta taste. Slaw & cornbread (overpriced) was good. Being established, one would think they'd have their own sauces or atleast a their house sauce in addition to the basic grocery store sauce offered. Since moving, they've also drastically raised prices. I don't remember their food being this subpar..."

"My Malt was perfect as expected. Shredded Chicken sandwich tasty as well. The Nachos & Cheese however left a lot to be desired. The Nachos were stale and served with the cheese already slopped on top making them a soggy mess. Also, for the price of 4.50, you only get a 50 cent bag worth of chips. Jalapeños would have been a nice add-on but wasn't offered. "

"First, there are reviews about stuff that's not even on the menu. If it's a rotating menu that's one thing but I have never seen some of these items appear on the menu in the few months that I've been observing it. Personally I think those should be removed because it's helping to bolster this stores rating and that is highly unfair especially when many people do not even stop to read the reviews they order based on rating. Now to move on to my experience with the pizza. Pizza LOOKS good and crispy. But the facts are blazingly different. Its not crisp thin. Its thin and study soft with soft fluffy inside and a dusty floured bottom. 1.75 extra for scantly scattered banana peppers. Some noticeable unevenly distributed cheese. Sausage has an odd taste, similar to a meat that's been in freezer too long, or that of poor quality. Just not good. Likely will not order again. Wish I'd have stuck with my initial choice. Atleast giving it a try is now out of the way. The sauce is good."
