So glad Ben's Soft Pretzels has re-opened in the Merrillville Meijer. New owners and staff are helpful, kind and the place looks cleaner than before. Also, thank you for being back on Doordash. 5 Stars all the way! Food review...love the Pretzel Dog with the sweet Amish mustard. The jalapeño Jalapeño Cheese Pretzel is perfect. I also tried the sausage pizza. Perfect size for one person or two kids.

My coworker committed me to ordering, so what choice did I have? First, of course I had to order $12 to get free delivery with DashPass. That was actually a little harder to do than many more expensive restaurants. So I ordered about $15 worth of food and was filled up after eating 1/2 of it, so I actually made two meals out of one order. My favorite was the Italian Pretzel Sandwich which I'm getting ready to order right now after I leave this review for my Tuesday purchase!

Great price for a lot of food, we got the Buggy Bites Bucket Combo and it can easily feed 5+ people! For $18 it's a great deal!

As always Dutch Almond Pretzel Bites and Pretzel Sticks (6 Pcs.) were delicious. The added message to my bag made my evening. Haven't had good days lately and this warmed my heart and made me smile. It really is the little things in life that make a difference! ❤

Pretzel dough was raw. Always have issues with this place. Owner is rude and always gives Dashers a hard time and incomplete orders.
