The chicken was very over cooked. Very dry. Mashed potatoes not in bag. No silverware. No napkins. Roll was hard as a rock. I've had This chicken before and it was real good.

The chicken itself is outstanding, but they never complete the order correctly. They gave no plates, no forks or spoons, no salt or pepper, but yet 3 pounds of butter packets.

The restaurant forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and the dipping sauce for the chicken and the biscuits were slightly burnt on the bottom. This restaurant also decides whether to deliver the order itself or to allow DoorDash to deliver, which means you will have to call the restaurant and work through their manager if there is an issue rather than having door Dash resolve it for you.
