Brisket and ribs had amazing flavor and texture. Max and cheese was saucy and cheesy. Bottle caps were fried in a tempura style batter (very good) and the ranch was awesome. All of the sauces (White, Texas BBQ, and Mustard) were excellent.

Overpriced. $32 for USDA Prime Brisket. No sides. And it was 3 small slices. Weighed it on the kitchen scale was approximately 8 oz. For $32 I expected to be able to feed 2 people. It was barely enough for adult male. I could have bought a full USDA Prime Brisket my at that price. And no sides is just pure scamming and greed. Menu needs to reflect the portion size received. Banana Cream Pie was delicious but also small size for price. Poutine was disappointing. Gravy had an odd processed flavor. Fries tasted old. Very chewy and dry.

This is solid BBQ. Brisket 9.0 Cheddar Jalapeño Sausage 8.5
Ribs 7.0 dinged for membrane and a cinnamon taste? Sides are ok. White sauce don't do it. BBQ sauce is solid. Definitely one of the better BBQ spots in Columbus. Would return for the brisket and sausage.

what is there to say about Hank's that the picture doesn't say. their brisket is top notch macaroni and cheese is to die for in the spoon cornbread literally melts in your mouth. their ribs are absolutely amazing chicken is wonderful. I'm not sure when Hanks came around but the man does an impeccable job. and the staff he hires are top notch just like the food.

The 3 meat 3 Meats Plate is always superb. The ribs were smoked perfect. The sausage was fire. The brisket was melting In my mouth. Fries are good everywhere and the cornbread was made the way it is supposed to be! Thanks for two nights in a row of perfect food Hanks!
