Papas Rellenas de Picadillo / Beef Stuffed Potatoes
I got La Vallita and the Papas Fritas / Fries. Even the rice was full of flavor and the texture was perfect. The potatoes tasted like they'd been injected with flavor and the meat was cooked PERFECTLY. I wish I wouldve taken photos but it was so good. My boyfriend and I tore it up so quickly. Also worth noting that the meal could feed 3 very easily.

The Pork in the Sándwich Cubano con Papas Fritas / Cuban Sandwich with Fries was EXCEPTIONAL and tasty.
The bread was perfect, I would have liked a teenie bit more cheese but it was just as I remembered from South Florida.
Healthy dose of Fries, thin cut.
On the salty side overall but that is what I prefer.
Will go here again and try their new BAR and restaurant in Gladstone MO.

What more can I say. The La Cubano is one of the best I have ever tasted. I can only speak for myself but the fries were really good. Puts me in the mind of some fresh Mickey D fries. I'm going to explore the menu and try the empanada and other items. Glad I found this spot on DoorDash

The Sándwich Cubano con Papas Fritas / Cuban Sandwich with Fries - the sandwich itself is delicious and juicy. It makes up for where the fries lacked. Which- I guess since its the star of the meal- thats what matters the most (?). The fries are more like McDonald's fries but were a little oily and cold unfortunately. The Papas Rellenas de Picadillo / Beef Stuffed Potatoes were a staple in my Puerto Rican household growing up, so I was excited for the sabor and that sofrito packed flavor of the meat but that was missing. There wasn't enough meat for how much potato there was and there wasn't enough flavor for all that potato. The Flan de Vainilla / Vanilla Flan was INCREDIBLE. Theres a labelon it that says "Boricakes" by Roxanna so I think shes a vendor? But that was amazing and my favorite part. Overall it was a let down for how excited I was to get a taste of nostalgia.

Looks better than it actually taste. Cuban Sándwich Cubano con Papas Fritas / Cuban Sandwich with Fries was okay, hardly any flavor and the fries were cold and old tasting. The Croquetas de jamon/ Jam croquettes was terrible. Chopped ham that taste like the meat was cleaned with bleach. No flavor on that meat either. By far the worst Cuban food I've ever had.
