I ordered the no broth Ramen bowl and the purin and both were amazing. the bowl was filling for the price and the noodles cooked perfectly. the purin was a great texture and the flavor was slightly coffee like which was delightful. will be trying more items in the future

Tonkotsu Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen) was absolutely amazing. The thicker broth was a first for me, and I loved it. I need a way to remind myself that I ordered this so I can get it again when I come back. Plant-based gyoza (V) is also a winner, especially being plant based. Very flavorful. Greatly enjoyed the entire meal.

Koyote is always excellent and I've only gotten desserts from them a handful of times since I'm typically very satisfied with the meals I get, but this is the first time I decided to try their purin! It was honestly the best purin I've had in a long time and especially in Utah. I will definitely be getting it again soon. There really aren't any misses at Koyote, whatever you end up choosing for meat or veg eaters.

The food and service were absolutely fantastic! Just a heads up, we decided to experiment with the creamy sesame broth by customizing the vegetable ramen (we added brisket, naturally) and it turned out to be quite spicy! The taste was delightful, but we'll follow the server's recommendation and ask for it milder next time.
I'm seriously considering moving into the lotus chips. I'm wish I could purchase them in bulk now!

Delivery for this meal IS NOT ideal but the food and packaging persist nonetheless. At arrival the soup is room temp so the noodles don't soften again - and break (which could be avoided by dining in) I wasn't in love with the Daily Otoshi (Pickled Veggies) I would have liked if they were more crisp these felt a bit soggy.
The Aji-tama (Soft Boiled Marinated Egg) is REALLY well done a delicious marinade and perfect jammy yolks but the Shioyaki Saba was a show stopper for sure.
