The flat arrived with the cup only filled 1/2 way. It had scotch tape on the lid. I paid $8 for $3 worth of coffee

I normally wouldn't review negative for these types of things, but it's literally every single time I have ordered from here, they get the simple things wrong. Every single time I order, I clearly mark "not toasted" for a poppy seed Single Bagel with Cream Cheese. Yet every single time I order from here thru doordash, they toast it. Totally ruined the food.
And the Egg, Peppered Bacon & Cheese was way smaller than it usually is. Almost no bacon, and it was limp, weak, chewy bacon. Not "peppered bacon" as described. Disappointed.

Ordered the smoked salmon and they followed the direction of roasting the bagel till crispy; the bagel was tasty! But they forgot the hash brown I ordered and the cafe mocha frappe had so much chocolate in it that it was borderline inedible. I'm thinking the barista added at least 3 extra pumps of chocolate than they usually do. Overall can't really complain on the food.

Honestly, the worst breakfast I've had in a log time! The caffe mocha was bitter and barely drinkable, the bagels on both sandwiches were rubbery, the breakfast sandwich was rather bland (I haven't eaten the pastrami sandwich yet so I can't comment on it), and the "hash browns" were an awful congealed blob of vulcanized cheese & potato scraps that was simply inedible. It didn't have the texture, taste, or appearance of any hash browns I've ever had in my life! And Brugger, if you're going to put cheese in something, especially something like hash browns which typically doesn't contain cheese, you ought to list that in the description of the menu item! I'm being charitable by giving this order two stars.
Finally, to provide some perspective on just how bad this order was, I've been ordering more than 3/4 of all my meals from food delivery services like DoorDash for the past four years, and I have never taken the time to submit a formal review of any of the orders even though I've had several bad ones in the past. This one was just too bad, not to take the time to provide a written review!
