My drop off location was wrong and my driver David went above and beyond to deliver it to my daughter at the correct location. I truly appreciate the great communication and the customer service!!! And my daughter said her sandwich was great!

The turkey meat on the sandwich was dry and on the tuna sandwich, it was barely any tuna .

I was hoping that this would be better than ikes and other sand shops. Condiments were barely there it tasted dry. Everything else was really fresh wish they just put more cucumbers and pickles in it and placed it better in the sandwich. Might be better in person.
For the restaurant if yall see this maybe you guys can open it so the customer can put specifics in notes

2nd time ordering. Sandwich was dry, i.e., the condiments were scanty. Most egregious, red onion was put on the sandwich which I didn't request. Ruined my appetite having to pull out long pieces of red onion. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

My sandwich was drenched in oil and vinegar. It wasn't just a little drizzle, my bread was soggy. And the texture of the pastrami and taste was off. It reminded me of cheap mystery sandwich meat. Very disappointed
