I customized my toppings. Got everything on my burgers. Including everything I didn't check a box for. Why have a box to check/uncheck if you don't read the ticket and just put everything on there. Soggy lettuce. Too much mayo. Not the first time this happened.

I dont even know how theyre allowed to call these boneless wings. Each one of mine were probably 1.5 inches long by .5 inch and over 60% bredding. Between this order and the last time i went there, im done with BWW. Theyve gone too far downhill.

Missing fries and onion rings. Requested no tomatoes on wrap and received tomatoes. For the price of the wrap it was tiny.
