Definitely damn good food. Hit the spot for sure. Portions were perfect.

Disappointing. Used to be really good food, and for the price it should be. This time the quality was definitely lower. Less meat on the chicken, skin undercooked. Also found a bone in my soup. Only thing that was really as good as it used to be was the cornbread and that's hard to mess up.

Ordered Two meat combo with chicken, meatloaf, macncheese, chicken Cesar salad. Did not get meatloaf or salad.
They did not have chicken nuggets but they did call to ask about replacing it. Chicken was dry, not a good flavor. MacnCheese was also dry. The cornbread were these very small thin rubbery loafs. Not like the Boston Market I remember.

Honestly a bit disappointed. There was no gravy for the mashed potatoes. The 12 corn bread we were supposed to get with the XL family order ended up being 5 corn bread and 3 rolls. I paid over $12 for the family size order of brownies and got 2. Literally 2 single, normal size brownies. How is that family size? If you didn't have the inventory, then cancel that part of my order and don't charge me. You took my money when you couldn't fill the order.

No gravy on the mashed potatoes. The corn bread was undercooked. I never received my apple cobbler. I ordered sprite and got Lemonade. The meat loaf was under portion. The sweet potatoes were runny. Only thing good was the chicken and corn.
