Burrito bowls are delicious and a large portion! Chips are crispy and salty and go great with the bowl and their delicious guacamole.

Hands down, way better than Chipotle! Fresh, huge portion where it can feed 2 and the best flavors! I did the hibachi steak w black beans, cilantro, guacamole and cheese. My favorite thus far!!!!

I will start by giving some Pros:
The CHEESE CURDS were crispy and hot upon pickup. Paired with Sriracha Ranch they were awesome.
The NASHVILLE HOT CRISPY CHICKEN BURRITO (NASHVILLE on the other hand was not great. It had a ton of white rice, about 4 piece of chicken, and 3 pickles. Basically was like eating a spicy white rice burrito. I would not get again.
The BURRITO I built was Ground beef, pinto beans, chipotle crema, pico, corn, sour cream, cheese,and lettuce. The beef had a really odd taste. As did the Chipotle Crema. The Burrito itself only had small pocket of ground beef inside as well.
When I went to pickup my order I walked in and the experience itself was a little odd. All the people inside just kind of stared at me. Despite me saying my name for the pickup the staff still did not understand and had to show my the bag and receipt to confirm it was mine. There were a couple people eating inside who I assume were the owners by the way they interacted with the staff. Thet also stared intently and awkwardly as I picked up my order.
Im not sure if ownership changed hands at this location recently, but this place used to be really good with good customer service. Not so much anymore. Probably will skip Bubbakoos in Springboro next time!

BREAKFAST BURRITO - NEW! Were delicious!! Ingredients cooked perfectly. We both got eggs, hashbrowns, and American cheese, but my husband had bacon and I had fajita veggies. Burritos aren't my husband's favorite food item, but he loved the breakfast burrito. MINI CHURROS also so good. I wish I hadn't tried them. Now I'm hooked.

Nashville hot burrito was delivered and was about half of the size I would expect of a $14+ burrito. Good quality was fine but if this is the typical portion size, I'm burrito world, they are overpriced and well undersized.
