Ordered mozzarella sticks, normal but they put flaming hot in the bag. Ordered frozen coke and a chocolate shake, received neither. Instead they put a regular coke and a frozen (kind of) cherry. Very disappointed especially spending almost $60!

My Shroom n' Swiss Melt has a nice flavor, but it came cold, as were my onion rings . My large frozen coke was missing from my order completely. The Honey Mustard Royal Crispy Wrap was the only thing that was really tasty and the correct temperature.

I never got my Classic Oreo® Shake and my chicken wrap wasn't even cooked all the way , and my Spicy BK Royal Crispy Chicken was not spicy

Big Fish tasted old and was hard on the edges. the Cheesy Tots are stale.
