I told them no ketchup and they put ketchup on it anyway, and they left off my cheese. And the food was warm just about cold instead of hot

Well, I paid $1.00 for a slice of American cheese, no ketchup,that wasn't on my sandwich, and I paid for a HERSHEY'S® Sundae and got a Hershey pie instead.

I ordered a Whopper Meal with a large onion ring but got a regular size fry. Also, asked for ranch and ordered extra ranch for the two 8 Pc. Chicken Fries but did not get any sauce at all.

For some reason the order prints at the restaurant add no cheese even though I did not select to remove it from my sandwich. This has happened twice so it is something on the restaurants end.
