Food was hot and fresh. Ribs were tender and they gave a nice amount of each side choice. Macaroni and cheese was cheesy and delicious, and yams were sweet and a great pair!

Though not smothered, the Smothered Fried Pork Chops over Rice were delicious. Two chops were seasoned and fried well. Mac n cheese and greens are always on! Rocky Mount Wings were truly smothered in old Bay seasoning. Still warm, salty and spicy and oh sooo good!

It was sooo good . I still have half .the Mom's Meatloaf is great iwould like just a lil more sauce, mac & cheese great , mash potatoes great BUT THE BEST IS THIS Cornbread WITH THIS CINNAMON BUTTER GLAZE YESSSSSS. it's fresh & hot . 10/10

BBQ Chicken-dark delish as usual.Great portion with Mac n cheese and greens. CCountry Fried Croaker was good. Cooked and seasoned well. Fish could be cleaned better. Was able to taste too many scales. Great portion size. Would try again.

Carolina Kitchen is one of my all-time favorites and this order reminded me why—the food was superb as always. Flavor, cooking technique, and seasoning? On point!
The only reason it’s four stars today: the leg quarter on my entrée was unusually small—more “baby chicken” than full-size adult portion. No shade, just honest feedback. For a plate that size, an extra thigh, wing, or leg would balance things out.
We run a BBQ spot in WV (D2B), and that’s exactly how we handle those supplier quirks—because loyal customers drive the business.
