I canceled my DoorDash dash pass almost a year ago because of the quality of this store. I love Chick-fil-A and I can only get it through DoorDash since I start work so early in the morning. For fast food, it is a premium price which is normally fine because Chick-fil-A is worth it to me, but this store does not deliver premium quality like other Chick-fil-A stores. I was having a craving and tried it again this morning for the first time in a long time, only to discover this store has not improved. Not even a little bit. I received basically the equivalent of half a small order of hashbrowns and some very dried up shriveled little pieces of chicken passing for nuggets in a box. Finally, as was a common theme previously, no straw for the drink. At least they are consistent, consistently disappointing.
It was a great at one time, but it has not been good for about two years, unfortunately.

Always fresh and served hot! Taste is fantastic and the Chicken, Egg & Cheese Biscuit Meal is my favorite way to start the day! Just the right amount to satisfy my craving!

The waffle fries I ordered were half full and the fries were lukewarm. I'm not sure if Chick-fil-A was reserving room for my condiments and napkins, but those items were stuffed into my fry container. The other food items were nice and hot.

Everything was amazing as usual. Just a heads up though, they no longer sell the medium or large milkshakes. Just the smalls, but the price is the same.

Im very dissatisfied with the size of the cup being a kid size small for a shake that cost almost $7 I deserved at least a medium size cup or even large cup for $7
