• DoorDash orderCookies were sloppy like they were made by someone who hadn't been properly trained. They still tasted good but for almost $30 they should taste good and look pretty... like they usually do. You fell short this time Crumbl cookie :/

But that chocolate chip with the sea salt oh man!! The chocolate cake is disappointing!

• DoorDash orderCookies were still warm when delivered! I tried the Pumpkin Roll, it was soft & like a pumpkin cake or pumpkin cinnamon roll with the cream cheese frosting...yum! We also got the classic Chocolate Chunk. He said, "It was great!"

• DoorDash orderBought a 6 Pack of cookies when I saw they had KeyLime and Snickers! Sadly, the Key Lime cookie was disappointing. The flavors were good, but the cookie was mostly crust, with VERY LITTLE "filling". But when it's a pie/cookie you expect the pie part. Snicker cookie was just not very flavorful. Teenagers eat anything though. Always expect more from Crumbl, so this was an expensive lesson in not ordering so much before you check it's worth it.
