This was my first time having Culvers and it was amazing. My ButterBurger® Cheese Value Basket was delicious, some of the best fries and the burger tasted like it came straight off the grill. I dont usually leave reviews, but this is goingto be the new spot for sure. to be

the staff iare amazing. Best customer service experience I had. The fries are good. Nicely seasoned. Burgers was delicious , well cooked, and they don't skimp on the sauce.

There was no gravy on the mashed potatoes so they were very bland and not so great. The burger was great but just a tiny tomato slice :-(

The chicken was missing from the chicken sandwich. The burger was VERY well done... which imho is not well done. There were five shrimp, not six. BUT the root beer is excellent!!

Chicken was bone dry and the ingredients were old, Mcdonlads is more fresh than this. Also didn't receive the ice cream desert just a spoon.
