The Derby is always sooooo good!! There have been two different occasions when restaurant staff personaly called me to make sure I entered my order correctly. I love that! The food is always fresh, hot, and separated so that juices from your order do not get on the rest of your food. Utensils are always, always provided and packaging is neat and perfect. Thank you for all you do!

Ive never been disappointed with my order from the derby but today my Buttermilk Pancakes Bacon And Eggs were the size of silver dollar pancakes and my order of egg was bite sized. My sons chocolate chip
Pancakes just had chocolate chips sprinkled on top. Looks like frozen pancakes warmed up. I could have done this at home and saved the money.

We ordered two meat and three veggie plates for 8.99 plus tax. I've eaten at this restaurant multiple of times over the years and I couldn't believe how little food we got?? A tiny piece of ham maybe two inches long and an inch wide, a small scoop of potatoes. There wasn't enough food on the plates to feed a five year old!!! So disappointed! I realize this is a smaller portion plate for lunch but absolutely not worth the money we paid.

Triple Decker Club was good, country style steak with 3 vegetable was pathetic, no way it should have been sent out like that. The steak was half the size of a dollar bill and had zero gravy on it. The fried squash was cooked to death so much it couldn't be chewed. We eat at derby regularly in person this was nothing like they serve in person. Was first and last time getting delivery from there.
