Both of my drinks were made absolutely perfect. Presentation was beautiful, clean neat organized, compact packaging. The only thing that's so great about Duncan is well their donuts. They usually do not have what they say they have and another downside is there's no way to pick out or request my favorite donut which is the maple frosted And the sour cream doughnut. However, the sandwiches wraps and drinks are so good. I will continue coming back plus they always have deals, which is always amazing.

Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon was very chewy, cold, and not seasoned at all. Cookie Butter Specialty Donut is normally a decent size, but the one I got was almost a mini donut... Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread was very skimpy on the cream cheese... coffee was good

The breakfast sandwich was great, however, the coffee was terrible. I asked for 3 sugars, the coffee was bitter. There was no way to fix it. This is the 3rd time this happened. Normally the coffee is fine...I'm so disappointed.

Iced Latte was not Pumpkin. We think it's maple. Tastes like a Mapl creme stick.The Boston Creme donut, was a regular creme donut. Not the custard like it should be.
