I ordered a hippo.and it was really good compared to el jimador and Guadalajara's sloppy soggy hippos and they serve their tortillas half raw. Will be ordering my breakfast taco from here from now on food is on point.

Charro beans were good
If you ask for your tripa to be crispy, you'll get it extra chewy
Torta comes with 2 slices of avocado and you wont bite into it until you're half way through.
Figured if we're paying restaurant prices we should get restaurant quality.
First and last time here.

The rice has no flavor at all. The beans are always really good. Birria quesadillas are good. I just wish we could have a little cup of birria juice to dip the birria in whether it's a birria taco or quesadillas.
