Staff at the Bitters location were very friendly and amenable when I asked about a menu item change. They also let me sample some sauces, offering me a serving of it for my order. Portion on the medium Hook & Ladder.® was plenty, freshly made when at store, and Brownie was scrumptious (idk why you can't order it individually on DD). Would order again if in area.

Tuna Salad sub is great, quality ingredients, filled full so you definitely get your money's worth. The Loaded Potato Soup is awesome too.

Not cheap but who wants that? These are big subs that will fill you up and honestly leave you with enough to have some leftover. Always hits the spot.
