The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Presentation is everything, and they always knock it out of the park on that. This is my go to spot in the area now. I use to be a die hard ichiban fan, but their sushi is lacking when compared to Fumiyama.

i have never had a bad order from fumiyama!! the spicy tuna is so good, so are the sweet potato Sweet Potato Roll. the Yummy Roll is my favorite speciality roll. all the food is always so fresh and delicious! best sushi around here easily for a good price

All of the sushi I got was excellent, delicious, and fresh (Philadelphia roll, California roll, and a tuna avocado roll). Although please note that the description for the Philadelphia roll said that it included smoked salmon, cream, cheese, and **cucumber**, and the roll that I received did not have cucumber, but instead had **avocado**. I did not mind the avocado, but it was different than I was expecting, and I kind of wanted the fresh crunch of the cucumber per the description. I also ordered the shrimp pqd thai. The crushed peanuts came on the side, which I thought was a nice touch. The noodles were cooked wonderfully, but the flavor was just a little off/slightly sweet and I didn’t care for that. On top of that, while there were many large shrimp in the order (very generous portion), all of them were extremely overcooked and rubbery/tough - I couldn’t eat the shrimp at all, they were inedible. I don’t think I’ll be ordering the shrimp pad thai again. Maybe I’ll stick to sushi, because they really do seem to do that extremely well (especially with their care and not using too much rice).

This sushi was pitiful, just falling apart. I think an actual child could do a better job. The rice fell off the roll entirely and was extremely dry. Also, tiny portion for the price. I can't believe they change $10 for a tiny 6-piece Salmon Avocado Roll and Tuna Oshinko Roll that won't even hold together. AVOID THIS PLACE. It is a deeply disappointing rip off and shoddy quality

I only get sushi from here- it is good quality. Never smells fishy or is ever over oily. The sashimi is cut thin and long like in japan . They give generous portions of fish too
