Hidden Gem in Seattle...15 blocks from my house I'm so sad I'm just now discovering it...The fried 炸豬排飯 Crispy Pork Chop was AMAZING!!! Fried to perfection. The braised pork was everything. The 软冰淇淋 SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM was on point. The 奶油面包 Custard Bun 3pc was so creamy delicious. I picked up my food, the restaurant was so clean and tidy. The bag they package your food in is so fancy and convenient, all my food and drinks fit in one bag and made transporting my food a breeze. The way my 炸豬排飯 Crispy Pork Chop came won me over🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 It was in the same container but in no way will my fried pork chop touch the wet braised pork. Pork Chop remians crispy. I absolutely love this place and waiting patiently till 11 for yall to open 🤗

The scallion pancake is small and bland, very little scallion and flavor, looks nothing like the photo. Not worth $11. Soy milk comes in a can that you can buy from an Asian supermarket. Overpriced.
The hot pot on the other hand tastes good but comes in a rectangular shallow container that's hard to eat from.

Braised Combo Over 红烧肉套餐 was there flavor wise but very salty, and there was so little protein for the heaping amount of rice. Egg was way over cooked. The Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was okay but kind of lacked spice and basil -- seasonings fell flat. The hotpot was okay, boiling point has a much more complex broth. Dont think we'll be ordering again.

Super tasty and good value. The egg in this is 10/10. I only wish they would change their packaging so the pork chop doesnt get soggy on arrival.

Everything tasted amazing, but sadly the beef noodle soup came packeged in those flat black box that can barely hold any soup, so I end up getting a noodle soup with almost no soup at all. Woulda been a 5 star review but the no soup part ruined it. Other than that,everything was great.
