everything was just good aaf 10/10! juicy and well seasoned shrimp and steak! the rice was cooked beautifully as well!

T1. Chicken Hibachi too me, not flavorful or seared properly. Hibachi boneless chicken is almost always cubed shaped and seared. Some establishments use teriyaki sauce or hibachi style sauce, which is cooked with the chicken to impact the flavor on the chicken. This order was not cooked according to a Japanese T1. Chicken Hibachi. The fried rice was not. It was mushy and looked like an imitation brown rice. The vegetables? I think it was bok choy, maybe two small pieces. Miso Soup was OK.
The sales clerk at this establishment kindly called me to state they had no mushrooms which was on the Doordash menu, to substitute for more vegetables but it never was. Too much of that brown rice, is instead, what I received. Spring Water was the Poland Spring 16.9 fl.oz. type. OK.
I won't be ordering from that establishment. Are they actually Japanese?
