the Hinodeya Ramen was delicious and filling. large quantity of soup i had enough for two meals! the Chicken Kara-age was full of flavor and very crispy just wish it had a little bit bigger sized pieces. Edamame is good with the spicy seasoning sprinkled on it, very spicy!

The food is great HOWEVER they skimp on the ingredients in the ramen. Try Jinya Ramen Bar for better ramen and portions for the price.
If not here for ramen, try the Takoyaki! Definitely my favorite dish here.

takoyaki comes with four in the order, which was less than I was expecting. Always love their vegan ramen, but the toppings have gotten less/smaller every time I've ordered. I know things are not cheap these days, but the ramen was almost $20. For a vegan ramen without meat I think it's fair to expect more toppings.

Wow, I was so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the flavor of the soup here. Even the ramen noodles were perfect. Not too salty; lots of savory, umami flavor. This might be my new favorite ramen spot. My recommendation: get the Spicy Miso Butter Corn. It's fantastic.

Creamy Ramen with chicken added, spinach noodles, and crispy garlic topping was perfectly delicious 😋 the noodles, chicken, spinach and veggies came stacked together from the cream to pour over those combined. The spoon came with the order. It made this first night at a hotel feel a bit more cozy
