The food was amazing as always — fresh and full of flavor. However, the packaging really needs improvement. The sauce from the coconut flan spilled all over the bag, and the box was bent. It took away from the overall experience.

I order the El Jibarito Chicken before and it was worth the high price. This time, the chicken was extremely dry, there was no avocado or onion, and they gave me yesterday's sweet potato fries - not the slightest crisp. Awful. Never again.

Honestly it seemed fine when it got here. But the steak taste like they burned it. The chicken has no flavor. And the pork belly is mainly fat. The rice was so dry. Mashed potato's are probably the only thing that tasted okay. If I could give it a 0 I would.
We also had the Pernil Con Garlic Mojo (Best Seller) and rice was super dry. Beans tasted okay. And the pernil had a taste of burnt charcoal
