absolute garbage IDK why I keep ordering from here, got the Burg-R-Tater Melt and it had no hashbrown and was about an inch thick for a 10 dollar burger,Large SOUR PATCH KIDS® Watermelon Twisted Soda was almost all ice and separate and ididnt get my sauce with myOnion Rings . did it through door dashso I got stuck with it.

The french toast sticks were literally rock hard and not edible. The burger was overcooked & the bun was stale and hard. What a waste of money! Almost feel like this was done on purpose. I have never had this bad experience at Jack in the Box.

$9.00 for a salad that was made out of iceberg lettuce SHREDS!! Not even icebur lettuce salad mix just shredded lettuce, no romaine and 3 grape tomatoes and 3 wilted cucumbers. lesson for me don't order a salad from a burger place but the description and picture were of a completely different salad than what I received.

I received the Monster Munchie Meal and I did not receive my exclusive Halloween edition cup that is supposed to come with the meal and I know that is the main contributor to the price of the box The food inside is good but not worth $16 in my opinion without the cup the box is dumb
