the Chicken Poppers (NEW) were not well handled or made. the airtight container they came in left the chicken covered in condensation and super soggy. i wouldn't have a huge issue if they weren't also just bad, the batter is bland and the chicken is dry and almost squeaky in texture. the Western Burger was solid per-usual but the chicken was way below par.

Jeff's has such a high rating I wanted to check them out so I ordered a hot dog, chicken brat and chicken tenders and fries. It was okay but nothing special. Nothing really negative to say - it just wasn't special or amazingly great. I like Costco Hot Dogs better and they're just $1.50 with a drink. Also I asked for relish on the hot dog - wasn't included. Always irritating.

I got the PLT minus the LT. So just pastrami. It promised 1/2 lb of their house-made pastrami. It was not even close to a 1/4 lb. And it also should not be on a Hoagie roll! Just wrong. I get house-made pastrami at Factors and its MUCH better than this. This was, well, ordinary. For a sandwich that ended up costing me $24 with no sides, it was underwhelming and a bit sad. I won't be ordering here again..

This food is not flavorful. The All-Beef Chili (2) tasted like meat sauce for spaghetti. The wings are tiny, but you pay a lot for them. One order of wings is not enough for an adult person.
