The Spicy Miso Ramen was delicious with a wonderful broth. I prefer more spice in my ramen (was about the spice level of jalapeños to me), but the ramen was still delicious. It was also very fresh and hot when delivered. While the ramen was a little light on the non-noodle/broth ingredients (protein, veggies, etc.), I'll be ordering from here again. Best ramen flavor I've had in a long time.

Stunningly great quality ramen. It has a smokey flavor paired very nicely with a spice that's potent enough to get your attention but also pleasant and not at all overwhelming. The broth is very thick and not at all watery, it coats the noodles very well. This is welcome, because as you can see by my photo, you receive a very large portion of noodles in the Dan Dan Ramen bowl. If I had one small complaint, it would be nice if the pork inside of the dish wasn't diced up. It is very delicious but when you only have a slice or two diced up into noodle portions this large, it feels like I'm mining for gold.
Ingredients, preparation and presentation were all on point. I just think the only natural reaction to tasting the pork is to wish there was more of it.

I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen since I'm sick and I feel so much better now after! the broth is so delicious!! You can really get the hints of ginger from it!

The food was still warm and amazing, prepared quickly and neatly. The shoyu ramen was really good and came in a bountiful container. Pork gyoza was delicious as well as the California roll. 10/10

This was our first date spot and our first date night after getting married 5 years later. There's a reason we've kept coming back over and over. Don't stress about what to get, it's all amazing. Tonkotsu Ramen is my go to and when me and my husband want something extra we get the Spicy Tuna Roll. Love this place so much.
