I am a frequent flier of the chicken finger sub. my personal favorite in WNY. and for years, every time I have ordered, its always consistent. generous portions of fingers (meaty thick ones), not full of cartilage or grissle that you're spitting out. Im just a fan. Keep it up crew!

The turkey sub taste like bacon, please clean the knives and or change gloves. This has happened a few times.

Everything was good, but the Philly 12" was subpar. This is the first time this has happened at a Jim's location. The meat was overcooked and very dry. Usually, you don't need to add oil to the sub due to how juicy the sub is. This was in the case. I will obviously try again because I love Jim's but wanted to make sure it was known.

Usually love their food first time getting tacos- paid for extra cheese- got no cheese, soaked in sauce- not a fan barely wrapped up- fell all apart.
