charged extra to choose my own only to receive what they chose including 4 noone here eats and also only go 11 donuts instead of 12 so 5 donuts out of 12 wasted

My dasher didn't follow instructions, he's excuse was it's the first time.
He had trouble speaking English which wasn't great when they live in this country.
I enjoyed my thickshake and two donuts

The Valentine's Dozen wa awesome, and the Chocolate Shake was great.
It's always great to have an Authentic Australian show up at ur door, and know where the streets are, so they arrive that bit quicker.

Order was initially delivered with the wrong quantity and was initially disappointed as they were required. However, not only did the redeliver the missing quantity, the kindly gave extra to make up for it. Very pleasing resolution 🤝 Much appreciated!
