Everything is so hot and fresh EVERY time! The McNuggets and Fries are always hot and yummy! They always pay attn to the "alterations"/notes. And don't get me started on the Mocha Frappe, MY GOSH, SOOOOO GOOD!!!!

The worst McDonald's in Lubbock by far.... every time I order from here, whoever makes or prepares your food always adds wayyy too much salt or makes a mess of your food like this. I asked for extra sauce and the whole sandwich had sauce all over the place i could barely touch it without getting sauce all over me... they need to do better

Twice now I've paid for bacon on Sausage McGriddles and they've all had cheese on them, which I had to scrape off. I try to always give the benefit of the doubt, everyone has an off day. But my kid has food sensitivities and it's a relatively expensive mistake for us. That said, the rest of the order was correct and quite good.

The drinks were flat or something they didn't taste right we got a sprite and a coke, I payed for 3 sauces and when the ones I asked for were out of stock I didn't get anything to replace them, and I PAYED for two apple pies and didn't get them. I normally order from here and every thing is good but this is wild.
