Really good tea! I understand all the care to keep tea closed and clean, but I think it's a lot of packaging. Tea has a seal on the cup, then a lid, then put in a bag that sticks shut. I made sure to get through all the seals in the car and I'm glad I did because my drink did not have the pistachio cheese I had added. They gave it to me on the side, which is an option at this place when taking to go, instead of on top of drink.

Doordash pickup ordered 3:47pm and estimated pick up 4:02pm, 15 mins for three drinks.
Arrived at 3:55pm and asked the order and was told next order to be made is mine
4:05pm asked again and was told same thing "next order to be made is mine"
4:15pm asked again and said "next order to be made is mine"
End up getting my order at 4:21pm
They have over 12 employees working behind the counter, drinks are constantly being made but i did saw walk in customer with more orders of drinks got it before me, apparently somehow they prioritize drinks to walk in customer over doordash or online orders
Will not order from them again
Theirs drinks are very milky and cannot really taste the tea, not to mention high price with only small size drink and 30-40 min wait for just three drinks
