High cost for a lot of rice and not a lot of meat but still delicious every time

This is one of the most inconsistent restaurants. I ordered this exact meal a few days ago and it was flawless! Today? It's burnt eggs, over cooked mushy rice, over salted and overall just awful. Certainly not worth the $40! I have to stop ordering from here purely because of the inconsistency.

I ordered beef fried rice. The food both smelled and tasted awful. Rather than the beef fried rice I normally expect from PF Changs in Houston, this was a heaping mound of mushy fried rice with a few pieces of beef. Only giving second star bc of how quick it came

Ordered $60 worth of food and couldn't eat any of it. Crab Hand-Folded Crab Wontons | 6 Count dry and sour tasting. Pork Egg Rolls | 2 Count oily and disgusting. Sesame Chicken sour tasting. Even the brown rice is dry!

I hadn't had PF Chiangs in years and usually try to stay away from chains, but saw a deal and figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken Bowl and Mongolian Beef Bowl. The flavor of each was ok, the beef being average and the chicken slightly below, but the portion size and value was an absolute joke. Each came with 4 1inch size nuggets of protein and a few mini pieces of broccoli and green onion for the beef, sitting on massive bowl of white rice. There was maybe 1-2 ozs of protein in each adding up to a couple of forkfulls for each. You'd get at least 5x as much ordering a small entree from any local establishment. What a waste! Not to mention the food arrived 15 minutes after the window that was given. No thanks and I'll head back to Lao-Sze and other joints in Chinatown.
