The 5Pc Tenders Combo was perfect, it was crunchy and perfectly cooked. The Red Beans & Rice was very flavorful and there was a lot in the container, worth the price. My Frozen Lemonade was really good but it was not the flavor i ordered unfortunately.

The New Chicken Wings are delicious! I got Garlic Parmesan and they were spicy, crispy and delicious. However there was hardly any gravy with the mashed potatoes. This the least amount of gravy I've ever seen.

3Pc Signature Chicken Combo * We added a wrap to our 3 pc chicken meal. We paid $3 extra and it was not included on our meal.
* We ordered a Sweet Iced Tea with the meal and the drink we got did not taste good. No sure what it was but it was NOT a Sweet Tea.
* We ordered Mac-n-Cheese with our Original Chicken Sandwich meal and the Mac-n-Cheese had a thick layer of burnt cheese on top.
We are very disappointed in the quality of food and the fact that we were charged for an item we did not receive.
I tried calling both the number on the receipt (855) 222-8111 and they are not taking call. I then tried to call the store directly (949) 304-1424. They pick up the call and forward it to a (213) are code number but they mailbox is full and you can not leave a message.
How are you supposed to get a hold of them without having to drive over to the store?

I’ve eaten Popeyes chicken many times and it’s Popeyes is almost always good but this particular location the first time we ordered it was very good. Second time we ordered. They forgot the french fries and the chicken was super greasy and seemed like it was old and the last order they forgot the french fries again, plus the chicken was tasteless. It was like they missed the seasoning.
