• DoorDash orderPortillo's is my wife's favorite restaurant. She loves the rib dinners and the fabulous Chocolate Cake. I enjoy the Combo Beef & Char Grilled Italian Sausage and Maxwell Street Polish. A great place for a family get together. I highly recommend this restaurant.

• DoorDash orderWould be more stars , but the
" bowl" of chili isn't anywhere close to a " bowl" or worth almost 6 dollars. It's the same size as Wendy's cup of chili and its cheaper there. Sorry Portillo's we got no straws for our shakes, no napkins and cups not bowls of chili. Our Dasher however was excellent!! Thank you Andrew for looking out !!!

• DoorDash orderI always go to Portillos and love it. I order on here from them sometimes but this time the gravy was like water and flavorless. The "large" fry is a scam. It's just a regular fry in a large container with the cheese sitting in the fry container. You get charged for peppers and cheese for your Italian beef but the amount you get is pathetic. You can count each shred of cheese and every pepper. If they remember to put it on the sandwich that is. They did not read the customized directions either. Honestly I'd just go to get it myself so I can control the quality.

• DoorDash orderChili was more like soup literally like little to no beans or meat. It was still good though I will make sure I check my food at pick up from now on because there was also a time my chili wasn't even full it was way too low from the top.
