ONE piece of bacon and half of it was BURNT! The Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup was HALFWAY full and I chose chicken noodle soup. Everything was warm and perfect temperature except my Strawberry Shake was melted and I didn't get the cookie I expected especially since it's my birthday that was disappointing. I would order again because I love this place but I'm dissatisfied in service this time although freshness was on point.

Ordered 2 sandwiches and a bag of chips. Pictures of sandwiches looked good and was somewhat excited to try a new place. $37 for 2 sandwiches and a small bag of chips. The door dash deliverer delivered our food to a different place of business down the block. Once I ran down the street to get the food and got back to my desk all to open my sandwich and suffer disappointment. The sandwich was super small, no toppings, and dry. This is a 1 and done.

usually I love Potbelly's but the Mediterranean was just no good. the cucumbers were soggy and the toppings had no taste

The Chicken Pot Pie Soup was excellent!! Can't wait to have it again!! The A Wreck Sub was tasty too. We would recommend this establishment!!

Unfortunately, they forgot to pack a sandwich at the store. I called and they offered to refund but I actually wanted the sandwich but couldn't get away to pick it up (which is why we DoorDashed...) I wish I remembered the managers name (at the Miller Street shop) cause she actually drive the sandwich over! I feel like that was above and beyond and greatly appreciated it. 8/28/25
