I ordered the apple walnut salad and chicken pot pie soup, from the pick 2 menu. The salad was really good, all the ingredients were fresh. The soup was just okay, however; I also added onion and bacon to the soup which I would not recommend.. it did not need it. There was nothing really bad about the meal, I just felt it was not the best value for the price. I did appreciate that the meal came in a sealed bag, suggesting it had not been tampered with and helping it stay warm. Many food establishments do not seal their bags, containing the food so, I appreciate that Potbelly Sandwich does this.

Soup was a glob of bland tasting goop with a few pieces of potato, zero cheese and bacon, which was disappointing, especially since that was the way it was presented in the menu. The Italian sandwich was just bread meat and cheese, again not what the picure showed. It was missing that freshness from the lettuce and tomato and mayo. Overall it was all just meh.

The Fountain Square Potbelly is the best! I usually order a salad and always ask for extra dressing and they always do. Their food is fresh, fast and delicious!
