Potbelly's cold subs are consistently excellent. The quality of the meat, the toppings, and the bread are of the highest quality. I enjoy the chip and drink variety. Always pleased with my meals.

The sandwich was sloppy, Mayo not spread on both sides. Just thrown together with about 3 pieces of grilled chicken smh. The chicken pot pie soup would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't cold

I've ordered from Potbelly a number of times and my sandwich is never made well. It's always dry and skimpy. Order in person or not at all.

No meat!! it's really one slice of meat on this sandwich. I'm highly disappointed in this meal I just paid $15 for.

Italian cold cut sub offered no condiments on the menu sp I mistakenly thought it would come fully loaded. Big mistake. No mayo, no oil, no vinegar, no lettuce, no tomato, no peppers, no pickle, just a dry sub roll with 4 pieces of meat and a thin sliver pf provolone cheese. Awful.
