I'm happy to say tonight's order was a 10/10:)- The Pizza Melt was hot, fresh and so yummy. It had all the melty goodness that made it my favorite. Thanks to the Potbelly staff that erased the bad service from many months ago. I'll order again and fingers crossed for consistency.

My Avo Turkey was not good. The avacado was brown and the turkey was warm. The roast beef sandwich had jalapenos and was also warm. The only part that was enjoyable was the brownie cookie. That was delicious and of course the chips were fine. This was our first bad experience but very disappointing. We usually love this place :(

The Pot Pie soup was great (get extra crust on the side) and the wreck was very good but couldn't really taste the garlic

Potbelly is usually the best, however today was the the first time out of many orders it was not good. The Cold Brew Shake was very disappointing. Didn't taste at all like any coffee was in it more like a watered down chocolate flavor. Th Pizza Melt is my favorite but today someone clearly didnt know how to make it I assume. It was not hot and melty. Instead, the pepperoni was cold, had no marinara sauce, no cheese or the mushrooms I paid extra for. Basically totally different and after a few bites wasn worth eating. They also didn't iadd the cheese to the Chili!?!?
Vegetable soup was good.

Italian very dry and not very tasy. wouldn't order again. you can get a bigger, better, and cheaper sub from Subway.
