• DoorDash reviewEhhh pretty underwhelming. chicken sandwich is tiny. glad it was on sake with the dash pass. Tiny piece of chicken that was salty tasted refried. My son loves chicken sandwiches he got the avocado bacon chicken. Definitely not worth almost $14 bucks. Super expensive bacon cheese fries $8 small portion clumpy cheese. Definitely not ordering from here again. Lots of hype for nothing. Go to Popeyes for a bigger better tasting chicken sandwich.

• DoorDash orderI really like the shack burgers and the fries here are particularly good. Their shakes and malts are expensive but very yummy. I also like the fact that they typically pack the shakes in another bag so they don't get melted and make the food cold.

• DoorDash orderMy mom declared it the "best fast food" and was in burger heaven. The "Black Truffle 'Shroom was interesting! The cheese inside didn't seem completely melted though, more like a melted log of cheese.

• DoorDash orderThe chicken shack was surprisingly good, moist and just right. The hot dog on the other hand was squashed and burnt. We tossed it. the burgers are always good, although not the best meat in the world they are tasty.

Their only problem is their fries which tend to be a little undercooked EVERY time and because they don't allow for any ordering specifications, you can't request well done. The chicken sandwich was out of this world delicious ....best I've had in a long time but they sent THREE ORDERS OF chicken bites and NOT ONE SAUCE!!! So that was a big NO NO. I'm not sure how to rate them with the stars because there was great and aggravating in the same order. Btw the chicken bites were fantastic too!!! They would have been better with some sauce tho. I mean we are paying for it .....right? Oh and the one cheeseburger we ordered plain with no toppings came without cheese on it?!! So I would say food was great but their attention to order directions was
