• DoorDash orderThey made the Chicken Shack tiny. It's really small now. You're better off with Popeyes or KFC for half the price. The Cheese Fries are $6 and both the box of fries and the cheese sauce are half full. It's a shame it's going downhill so badly.

• DoorDash orderWeak on the cheese sauce. I ordered the Spicy Cheese Fries with Ranch and even ordered an extra cheese and they gave me less than one full cheese sauce combined between the two. Would not recommend paying for cheese.

• DoorDash orderBurgers were very small. For the ridiculous prices I expected them to be bigger than they were. Streak n shake burgers are bigger with the same kind of meat for a fraction of the price. No combos so by the time everything is ordered for one person it's already $20. First and last time eating here.

• DoorDash reviewI mean, try and convince me there's a better fast food burger out there, you can't! The shakes are delish and even the crinkle cut fries (which I don't normally like because they usually come soggy and lacking in flavor. Not these! Get them with cheese!)!! Yum City!!

• DoorDash orderShake Shack will serve you well! All of the food is great quality and the workers work hard to make sure you leave feeling good about your choice. The burgers are great-- and I believe they have the best cheese fries in the USA! Highly recommend!
