cupcakes used to be bigger and tastier. the past two times I ordered, we received mini cupcakes for the same price of the bigger cupcakes. and they taste different, very processed, and not fresh. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, so I gave them another try in hopes of getting the quality I was used to, but, no. this is the new product, not worth the money spent.

Melted on arrival, cupcake crumbled in pieces, and the pup cups are so small that it isn't even worth 0.50. I threw my whole order in the trash because it was impossible to eat crumbled and one taste made me spit it out. Extremely dry and tastes like it was in the freezer for days and thawed out. If I could give zero stars ... I would.

The red velvet top fell off when I pulled it out. It was on the dryer side. The Sprinkle Vanilla was not good. It has a flour taste and also not moist. For $6.00 I expected more.

Don't waste your money or time. Took over an hour to place in box for doordash, dry, toppings falling off on arrival, taste like were frozen and thawed for delivery, pupcups smaller than a half dollar. When my order finally arrived I had to throw it all away. Extremely disappointed with quality and service.
