The Iced Cherry Chai Latte was very good. My cup had a hole in the bottom so it leaked everywhere, but for what I did get to drink I enjoyed it.

This is the second time I have ordered coffee and it tasted burnt. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks as well as Door dash. I'm very disappointed in the taste of this burnt coffee.

The bacon on the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich was white and soft-under cooked. The Gingerbread Loaf was not warmed at all. The Peppermint Mocha was perfect though. I'll order drinks from here, but will think twice about ordering food.

The drinks were fine. My Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich was cold. Not cold from the dasher too long, cold like it still was slightly frozen and not cooked enough to be hot.

i ordered 2 chai lattes that tasted like watered down milk so i reordered 2 more chai lattes and added extra chai just in case and they still tasted the same, not sure what the issue is. i order these several times a week and have not had this issue
