• DoorDash orderThe Taco Party Pack was good as always but I only gave them 3 stars because this is the second time that I paid for extra cheese and lettuce and did not get it. As a matter of fact, all of the tacos had less than usual and I'm not pleased. I order the extra because the seasoned beef is a little hard on my stomach and the extra helps cool it down and balance it a bit. Why have the choices to add those if you aren't going to do it? The money I paid for the extra wasn't very much but I should get what I paid for no matter how much it cost. I was torn between Taco Bell and Panda Express and I went with Taco Bell, I should have gone with Panda Express as they at least give you what you ask and pay for. I think I'm going to take a break from Taco Bell.

• DoorDash orderI don't think that the employees pay attention to the orders very well because I ordered 3 soft and 3 crunchy tacos with extra cheese and lettuce but what I got was 3 soft, 2 crunchy and a crunchy supreme. As for the extra lettuce and cheese, it was obviously not paid attention to because there was very little of both in the tacos, 1 soft had only 4 or 5 bits of cheese, it was mostly seasoned beef. I have issues with the seasoning so that is why I ask and PAY for the extra because that cuts down on the spice for me. I think I'll try Del Taco next time and see if their employees pay attention to the what the customer asks and PAYS for.

• DoorDash orderThe Cheese Quesadilla was spicier than expected and not that good.... Crunchwrap Supreme® was not up to par! I was quite surprised. The onions & tomatoes were in the middle and not spread out. The whole thing was off. And it was thin and seemed to miss other items. This use to be a fav of mine.... The Soft Taco Supreme® were not supreme... We overpaid for this meal and May not return!

• DoorDash orderI hate sen food back or giving unpleasant reviews but I've learned that you can't always be nice. I got the Taco Party Pack with 6 soft tacos and 6 crispy tacos and this is the 3rd time I've ordered them. The first time I ordered them there was barely any lettuce or cheese but I didn't write a review, the whole nice thing. The second time was fabulous as there was an abundance of lettuce and cheese, delicious. I screwed up and lost the opportunity to write a rave review. Then tonight, again there was hardly any cheese or lettuce on the tacos. It is pretty sad when you spend $30 on food and have to add your own cheese and lettuce to be able to eat it without it just being the over spicy meat. There are individual orders of tacos that give you the option of adding extra cheese and lettuce, whi if they are making them correctly you shouldn't have to, but that is not on the taco pack which I get so I have leftovers. Perhaps you folks at TacoBell could try for a little consistency.
