I remember liking Tacoma's No. 1 Fried rice but it was god awful this time. I love B19. Hot & Spicy Chicken Teriyaki, so I decided to get a large order so I would have leftovers and it was a mistake. Firstly, it did not come as pictured, cooked with sauce and vegetables but instead was a large plate of barely marinated / seasoned thigh meat. More importantly however, it tasted like extremely low quality meat—akin to the kind you'd get from underneath a heat lamp in a buffet. It's also not like was not cheap compared to other local options. Almost $40 for a large order with some extra rice. On par or more than a similar option from nearby establishments.

the D7. House Fried Rice tasted pretty good. I like that they dont use a lot of soy sauce. Fried rice should get its color more because it's being fried than with sauces. Plenty of egg, good size shrimp, and enough chicken and beef.

My favorite fried rice joint. There Combo Fried Rice always hits the spot and is fresh and hot. The shrimp is BIG not those tiny salad shrimps that makes you mad you order the menu item. There Teriyaki Chicken is delicious also, so go on, place your order, you won't regret it.

The food here is wonderful. They most likely can claim the title of #1 fried rice. Today I chose to get the D2. Chicken Fried Rice and it was so delicious. Most people use an abundance of soy sauce in their fried rice to get the color but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Portions are huge and it is all around a satisfying place to eat. The C15. General Tso's Chicken was also quite delicious. These two dishes pair nicely together and I recommend you try it yourself.
