I love this place! So sad to see them closing everywhere.
If you have not treated yourself to a "Winter Dream Tea Latte" during these cold, but festive, months, you are missing out on something that has become our own winter tradition.Yes, it's that good! We miss it in the off months.
The C.B.& T.L. makes a much better cup of coffee (any variation!) & is usually lower in price. The "other" coffee shop has 4-5 coffee shops within a few miles from where we live.

The Horchata Ice Blended® drink and the Horchata Latte are to die for!! The Breakfast|Egg White & Veggie Bites are sub-par. The veggies are lack luster within so it's mostly just eggs. Delicious overall!
