No napkins, Hash Brown was just "thrown in", not packaged and was broken in half. This specific Tim's is consistent in one thing...disappointment. The problem is it's the closest one to my house. This is the only Tim's in town that is NOT owned by a NF based franchisee. I've been to some of their other sites, and poor quality is consistent with the operations of those as well.

Food was awful. We ordered 2 turkey bacon club and neither sandwich had a full piece of cheese or more than a teaspoon of lettuce. The bread was burnt

Barely any cream cheese on my bagel.
Ordered a Half & Half Lemonade Iced Tea... came as only a lemonade. Super disappointed in this, waste of money.

I truly hope the TH that made my Original Blend Coffee today considers making me a replacement one cause I couldn't deal with the over access of the unsweetened vanilla I requested. I live off of TH coffee so I try to not complain but I spent close to $10 on a cup of coffee and can't drink it....
